This walk from Withypool to Tarr Steps down the Barle Valley on Exmoor was photographed in November 2000

Withypool Village

Distance:

4 miles (approx. 2 hours)

Terrain:

Reasonably flat, can be muddy. A few steep short hills and rocky outcrops

As the footpath leaves the lane there is a good view of Withypool to the NW
